Empowered Strength offers online programming and coaching for outdoor adventure athletes and enthusiasts. This includes goal setting, monthly check ins, personalized workout programming, and video review of your exercises.
We also offer nutrition coaching for those looking to dial in their health and fitness at the next level.

How do I get started?

Are programs personalized or the same for the whole group?
We believe in an individualized approach to training.
This means that your program is specifically made for you, based on your goals, your equipment, your limitations, your current fitness level, your time constraints and your preferences.
What does online training actually look like in practice?
Our training model is asynchronous. This means you train at your gym or in your space whenever it fits your schedule best. Your trainer will have built out your program in advance, provided all the details of the training, and even videos on how to perform your exercises. If you have any questions, you can send them a message in advance of heading out for your workout. While you’re in the gym, we encourage you to take videos of any exercises we might highlight or anything you’re not sure about and send them to us for review. We’ll give you feedback within 24hrs on how to improve your technique.
Is there a minimum time commitment? To workouts? To coaching packages?
When it comes to your weekly workout schedule, there is no minimum time commitment. But we recommend, for more meaningful results, to dedicate yourself to at least 2 workouts per week. Depending on the length of each workout 3-4x/week is most people’s sweet spot.
Your minimum time commitment to any coaching package is 1 month. You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided you gives us at least 1 week notice before your next scheduled payment.
