Monthly Check-ins

Training can feel isolating or uncertain when you’re not sure if you’re on the right track — monthly check-ins ensure you’re never left guessing and always have accountability to follow-through on your actions.

Every month we will take 15 to 30 minutes together on video-call to touch base on your progress, to check in on any life changes to consider, and to provide feedback so you can make the most out of your next month of training.

Custom Periodization and Programming

If you’ve ever worried about doing too much, too little, or the wrong kind of training for your goals, this is what removes that doubt.

Programs are built and sent out bi-weekly. Each program is built specifically based on current goals, which phase of training we are in, and around any life events coming up.

All elements of training are listed in detail so that you can step into the gym and know exactly what to do and how to do it. Links to explanatory videos will also be included for more complex or new exercises. This means no guesswork and efficiency with your time in the gym.

Video Review

Fear of injury or second-guessing your technique can quietly hold back your progress — video review replaces uncertainty with clarity.

Good exercise execution is one of the most important things when it comes to injury prevention AND to progress towards your goals. When you send videos in for review, your coach will get back to you within 24hrs with some key points to highlight your strengths and improve your technique.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition often feels overwhelming, confusing, or all-or-nothing — this support helps you feel capable and in control of how you fuel your body.

If you also need support getting your nutrition optimized, don’t worry, we have got you covered!

While we cannot provide meal plans, as it is a protected act for dieticians, we are equipped to teach you the foundations to fueling your body for health and performance, give you actionable advice to optimize your nutrition habits, and set macronutrient targets when needed.

The type of support we offer you will depend on your needs and priorities.
